Terms of Service

Welcome to OZ. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of podluxe.org and the OZ service (the "Service"), operated by Steven Lawrence LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Entertainment Only

OZ is an entertainment and astrology- and numerology-inspired conversation platform powered by artificial intelligence. Readings, interpretations, photo-based observations, and any other content generated by the Service — including content attributed to the AI character "Oz" — are provided solely for entertainment and personal reflection. They are not, and must not be relied upon as, professional advice of any kind, including medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, tax, or spiritual advice.

Always consult a qualified professional for decisions affecting your health, finances, relationships, or well-being. Never disregard or delay professional advice because of something you read on OZ.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use OZ. By using the Service you represent that you are 18 or older, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement with us.

3. Your Account

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at support@lawrenceenterprise.nyc immediately.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

OZ offers a limited free trial and paid monthly subscription plans. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Amounts already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Pricing, features, and plan terms may change. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes before they apply to your next billing cycle. Payment processing is handled by a third-party provider; we do not store your full payment card details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not:

Use OZ for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
Submit content that is harmful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or exploitative
Upload photos of other people without their consent
Upload photos of minors in any form
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond normal use
Interfere with or compromise the security of OZ or its users
Use OZ to create or train a competing AI product
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms.

6. User Content & Photos

You retain ownership of the messages, questions, and photos you submit ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant Steven Lawrence LLC a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and display Your Content as needed to operate, improve, and secure the Service.

Photos you upload are processed by our AI provider to generate a response and may be briefly stored as part of your reading history. We do not sell Your Content, and we do not use it to train public AI models.

7. AI-Generated Content

OZ uses artificial intelligence to generate every response, including those attributed to "Oz." AI responses are probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies, contradictions, or fabricated details. You should not treat AI output as fact and should verify any important information independently before acting on it.

8. Intellectual Property

The OZ name, logo, branding, site design, "Oz" character, and all related materials are the property of Steven Lawrence LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STEVEN LAWRENCE LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Steven Lawrence LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
